Went to get blood draw and the lady I had was so rude I asked a question about her directions for my labs and she said I don't know ask your doctor. I then asked how do I do it if I don't understand and she said so do you not want it done. It was like she was in a race. I have a huge bruise and will not be going back.

I usually have to be stuck at least 3 times because I'm a hard stick. I even had another place try to draw my blood eit rlier today with no luck . I walked in to the lab at the insta care building on river road and within minutes I was taken back and Emily H. drew my blood with just one poke and I didnt even feel it! I was super impressed! She is amazing! I'm a horrible stick so she definitely deserves a reward for sure!
