Called on a Friday Morning and happy they could schedule after 300 PM but they called back and rescheduled earlier at 1:000 pm Happy cause the temperature was over 100 degrees that day. Repair man Bryce arrived as scheduled, took at look for problem and solved it in a quick and efficient manner. Great personality too, What a great experience to have my cooling problem solved quickly and for a reasonable cost, too!!

If this heat pump system is a split system, the indoor noise typically would be from the blower wheel which might be going out of balance. If this heat pump system is a package unit on the roof, the noises can come from other sources like the compressor and vibrate down through the trusses.
Yes, Southwest Air Conditioning does high quality residential air filtration and whole house humidification. We like the The American Standard “Accuclean” for Filtration. If your furnace is in the attic it can be a little more difficult to maintain and Accuclean air filter, but indoor air quality is still exceptional. The April air 800 steam humidifier has proven to be a fantastic way of humidifying the entire house. We found it to be free from the many headaches associated with other steam humidifier brands. Both of these indoor air quality solutions most people find to be some what expensive. After installation most homeowners are pleased with the performance and they are glad they made the investment.
