My family returning from vacation had our Ford expedition break down. We had it towed into St George on a Sunday night and left at Bracken's. Gary got right to work Monday morning, diagnosed it as a failed water pump, and had the repair done by the next morning. The price was honest, they could have taken advantage of us as out of towners with few options, but they acted with integrity and charged a fair rate. Most importantly, they worked hard to get us back on our journey. I doubt I will ever be back to Bracken's, but they are truly a fine shop.
