I dropped off my 2014 Chevy Equinox for a diagnosis. No one returns calls or gives you any updates. I was told that they will get back to me by the end of the day. My car sat there unattended for several days. Finally on Monday I got to talk to the tech who told me he couldn't find anything wrong but did notice that it was doing what I said it was doing. There is absolutely no communication from this place. They give you a cell number to leave text messages too and they have an answering machine. But good luck trying to get anyone to respond. I finally went in this morning to pick my car up and was told I owed $122 for the diagnostic. I tried to be reasonable and told them that I thought half of that might be a reasonable charge. I got a lot of insincere I'm sorry but nothing was done. To add insult to injury I found out that there is a $10 charge on my bill for parts! What parts did they use? My recommendation would be to stay away from this place unless you want to run around or you want to leave your car forever and not have anyone get back to you. If there is a lower rating I would leave that. Stay away from this place.
