It is so nice to go to a place and be treated well, listened to and taken seriously- no matter how obscure the project or request. Large showroom and an ample supply of needed lumber choices. Also, give them an unusual item to find and/or replace- you may just be surprised that knowledge is still king.

This place sux for delivery. They refused to enter my trailer to help me unload windows. Now my back is jacked up and I could be facing early retirement. I hope karma takes a big dump on you. Just remember, the trucks that supply you with products, are just as important as the customers that shop at your store.
