Poor experience. Tried to make a reservation in person only to have an employee refuse and direct me to their poorly designed web site. Made a mistake on the date of rental. No way to cancel, only contact was an email address. Sent an email immediately and received no response. Now I am being billed for the rental. When I asked, I was told it was less than 48 hours so I have to pay. The reservation was made less than 48 hours before the rental so I was screwed no matter what. Seems like a scam.

Made a reservation for a boat online on Friday, July 9th. the reservation was for Wednesday the 14th. Full day rental. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. Today, at 3pm I get a call that there was a glitch in their system and the boat I wanted was already rented for half the day. They offered me the other half of the day, but we wanted a full day rental. They had no solution other than to say sorry. I had them cancel. I don't suggest using them if you have kids that have their hearts set on going boating. not a way to run a business. Reply to owners response: so, I get it, they want to make everyone happy. But in realty, computers don't make mistakes. People do. I had this boat booked for 5 days before they called me to cancel. In my OPINION, This was an owner trying to fit in more customers and make more money by making me change my rental. nothing more. I was able to call another place and get another rental. If this was really a glitch, I would have expected the owner to do that for me, even if it meant a loss of revenue. I have owned a business for 26 years. I don't treat customers this way.
