I had a wonderful time coming to Urban Air. The staff was magnificent! The young ladies that helped me check in were the best. It was my first time in and they made me feel welcomed. The food was amazing and the employees even played with my daughter and her friends in dodgeball! I will most definitely be returning, I loved my stay.

I love urban air. They have great prices not to high. Great variety of snack and drink choices. And they have more than just trampolines. There is a zip line, mini bowling, bumber cars, a indoor playground, a few video games not much which is good, and many more!

Jhalyn was awesome!! I called and he informed me about how I could rent out a table only last minute for my daughter’s birthday. He also checked on us throughout the evening and made sure that our experience was great. I give urban air 10 out of 10!! Especially for parties.

Yes it is and face coverings/face masks must be worn before entering and at all times when inside the facility. They also have sanitizing stations and you have to sign in at the front desk upon entering and wear a wrist band they give you after signing in.

Yes you can order tickets online or pay inside. We use a very expensive fogger to disinfect all attractions that has to be used during closed hours. Health department has also popped in to check on us and gave us high approval for our cleaning and disinfecting process. Owners have 6 children of their own and does take this seriously. We have not had any outbreak of covid among our staff. Saturdays are much busier if you are nervous about being around people. Happy to help
