Drive through lady was very rude to my wife because she did not mention she had a coupon at the speaker. He snapped and her and slammed the window. We're not typical coupon users, nor do we ever come to Arby's, we only did because of the coupon. Apparently she was getting paid by the order and not by the hour so it directly impacted her.

So many times we experience bad customer service at fast food restaurants that it’s become the norm… i HAD to come leave a review bc the past 2 experiences I’ve had at this location have been spectacular! Friendly, quick and correct! It’s definitely appreciated! My last visit would’ve been 06/12 at noon. Whoever was workin the window - give her a raise!

Not sure what happen, but the sandwich was less desirable. The meat didn't taste as before and the drink was .30 from being full when presented.

Dinning area was closed. I went thru drive thru and got a roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Order was ready very fast and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.We appreciate your feedback & look forward to serving you again soon.
