The staff in curbside pick were rude and unprofessional. The staff member confirmed my name and proceeded to put someone else’s groceries in my car. I call the store for 10 minutes and no one will answer the phone. I hear the phone ringing on the other side of the door and staff laughing/talking. I finally get someone on the phone in the main store. They transferred me and the girl has an attitude because they gave me the wrong groceries. This curbside pick up was a complete waste of time. Totally defeated the point of curbside pick up. I will not be returning to this store. The Bartlett store on stage road is much better. I will make sure to call and speak with a manager in the morning. The solution was to call the person that had my food and swap with them. So these people had my food and their home then brought it back. Wow.

Did pick up with them. Sold me bad meat, a cake that expired the day after I purchased it, and didn’t send my vanilla extract. I’ll never shop here again.

In a world of seeming uncertainty - those that shop here - can count on David to be there - pleasant as ever - overly accommodating - and simply wants your customers to have a great experience. He’s a main stay at this location and we seek him out when we shop.

Every time I go to the pharmacy, it is always a pleasant experience. The techs and pharmacists are always very caring and quick to answer questions as well as check me out if I have a few non produce items. Amber in particular helped me greatly with my last visit.
