Yes, it has. The Farmington store in G'town is much better & more accodsting to customer"s needs.
They are renovating the store. Under these circumstances it isn't a great shopping experience and difficult for the employees also. They went through a renovation some years ago and it was similar experience. When they are finished it will likely be the best Kroger on our side of town and possibly Memphis.
There is opportunity there...
Maybe morale is low due to the remodeling. I'm sure once remodel is done The employees and customers can enjoy our new Kroger.
Find this hard to believe but I appreciate your quick opinion. I do need to correct the way I asked my question in that overall morale seems low and I miss several of the department managers who seemed to care. Have noticed the folks replacing them are rude. Hate to see our kroger become like others in area.
