I placed an order of 40 wings to be picked up at 7:45. I waited over an hour before they even realized it's not even being made. Another black owned wing spot that will not longer be getting my service because of their poor service. I couldn't even receive an apology. Pitiful

Manager very disrespectful and need to learn how to manage people when they are upset about their order and especially if the customer is not cussing he did not try and calm the situation he just brought my anger to the issue. or just wait and be patient. Why would they add online ordering just for you to complain that when you place your online it’s still not fast enough. and for it to be a million orders coming from 4 different places. You’ll never get your food in that chaos. You have to wait regardless so just wait lol it won’t hurt. Good food normally takes a while anyway.
