I pay the same price right up the street and got 2 beds 2 baths a whole kitchen washer AND dryer balcony. Its way better than Budgets.
Agree, one bedroom is around 250 a week until you reach 30 days then 220. Small discount monthly. 150 deposit, more for pets. All bills and basic furniture iincluded. Cable tv iincluded. Wifi. Is 5.00-7.50 per device and slow as hell. Better off using a personal wifi hotspot.

1 bedroom is around 900
Now it's $1407 a month for a one-bedroom. "Back to normal" 2021 rates just to keep others informed. You will feel financially trapped here if your not prepared for it.
