I am extremely pleased with the customer service I've received so far. I moved in a few nights ago. The room looked fine but I was exhausted and didn't thoroughly inspect everything that night. The next morning I turned the TV on and couldn't see anything due to a cracked screen. There was also an issue with the microwave. I went to the office later that afternoon to let them know. The front desk clerk said she would write up the maintenance request, but it would have to be approved the following day by management (since it was after 5pm). Who would then pass it along to maintenance. I figured it would be at least a few days before anything happened because of past experiences with similar types of properties. But maintenance was at my door at 9am the following morning, and 20 minutes later I had a brand new TV and microwave brought in and installed! Needless to say, I am very impressed and grateful for the excellent quality of service the staff has provided and I've been here less than a week. Living at an extended stay property can be rough sometimes, but with a caring and competent staff like the one here, I'm optimistic about my stay! Well done ya'll! I absolutely recommend Manor Suites. 100%

Much better then any Budget, Siegel Suites. They are a little pricey. At least they don't 3 weeks paid in advance.Budget wanted 3weeks up front total $1,667.00. Crazy
