This review would be a negative 10 review if it were possible. We booked a stay through a third party weeks in advance. We arrived early in the day due to an early flight. Hotel staff knew we were waiting to check in and they apparently knew their hotel had overbooked and cancelled third party reservations (we know of 2 other parties in the same situation), but the hotel never informed us until check in time that our reservation was cancelled and we had no room. The hotel staff and their corporate guest relations office exhibited no concern that we were left stranded, scrambling at the last minute to find another hotel. The only thing Extended Stay could say to us was that our third party company should have notified us, but I'm not sure they even knew. Bottom line: Extended Stay America's primary concern is making top dollar, accepting third party bookings only if beneficial to them, and, totally unconcerned when they strand now former customers who do not plan to book at their hotel again and plan to post negative reviews everywhere possible while telling everyone they can about this company's lack of concern.

Apparently making a reservation through a third party over 5 weeks ago is worthless. Arrived at the hotel hours before check-in and wasn't informed until I tried checking in that they couldn't honor the reservation because they over sold. Do not book a room here using a third party unless you want to risk getting stranded. 👎👎👎👎👎

Nice clean and mostly a quiet location , close to the strip and all shopping needs. "Sir" the front desk manager is very attentive and accommodating to the needs as a guest..

My family and I came from multiple states. We had 6 people with us. The rooms were not well equipped at all. They did not have any extra sheets and blankets for the daybed. Only 2 towels for the bathroom. In addition, the hotel smelled highly toxic of marijuana. I was just glad we had somewhere to stay.
