Don't come and live here and give this company money they like to tow cars if not valid works with towing company security Wil go around 1st of the month and tag your car the place you pay rent at try to take your car so smart in business sense now I don't pay rent win win I guess they lose money for letting a towing company come in and give you a cut for cars that get towed scumbags is what the suites is

Large downgrade from my previous apartment but as long as you keep your doors locked you should be fine. But, sometimes when a door closes another one doesn't open instantly. One of the pro's is it cost efficient.

This is the dirty water as a result of cleaning only a 40in x 17in portion of the carpet. 🤢 & my poor cat walks around in here. Not for longer tho!!!

Avoid this dump at all costs!! The smell is awful in a so called clean room. They have roaches. Others complained of bed beds. This place is worse than the projects!!

I paid 350 a week for a 2br and for those two weeks at the end of the second week I got the courtesy of having my son beat up by security and got thrown out because security beat up my minor child security I highly do not recommend this location

Owner of the Suites I'm not sure but I stood at two different ones one was great and the other was horrible.
You must be out in 7 days from the day you pay for the week or pay for another week by 11am on the last day or they come knocking on your door and kick you out.
After a month you no longer have to pay certain taxes so the rate goes down.
We pay $300 for the 3rd floor per week plus internet is $12.78 weekly on top of that.
For a 1 bedroom the first month is around $240 a week, then the price drops to $204 a week after that. To purchase internet for the week is an additional $12.95 The internet is High Speed 5Mbps if you have a wired connection, through the wifi it is considerably slower.

I have lived here the past couple months and quote a few of my neighbors have dogs, some pretty big ones too, so I dont believe there is a strict weight policy for pets like most other places. Its just like everyone before me on here said, as long as you pay the pet fee and follow all the rules and safety precautions you should be fine.
