Every time I need a work filled Jessica is there! Every time I can’t make it into the office because I work over night Jessica is always ready to assist! Day and night she is there for our community. She is respectful and always keeps her cool with any situation. I have witnessed tenants being so disrespectful to her and she has calmed the whole scene down. She is easy to speak too. She is stern but fair. She goes by the book when it comes to the rules but do not try to get pull a fast one on her CAUSE IT WONT WORK! Be 100 with her and she will always treat you right!

I'm giving 5 starts to the security lady here not the apartment. Our air conditioning went out on a Friday morning and the person that was sent to fix it didn't show up till Saturday and they only made things worse. This lovely lady that is our security here Jessica Baker went above and beyond and got maintenance here early Sunday morning with a window unit so we would not get heat stroke. Me and my wife and our 13 year old dog thank her so much for what she did for us and all she does here. She is a blessing!

Very raggedy and rundown place to live. They fix nothing take everything. a building that burned down over a year ago still stands untouched. They want us to believe they are going to improve our housing which is definitely a lie to keep people here longer. Im the process of moving out of this hell. If you love you’re family then move anywhere else but here.

When I moved in 2 months ago. I had to put a deposit. It was the amount of my rent. They had a lot of units to rent last time I checked for a friend.
No they don't, but don't rent from them, they will charge you double deposit, they won't work with you if you have an unexpected emergency, they will evict you so fast. Very trifling around the area, everyday it's garbage on the ground, kids will throw trash in front of your door..complex put in a laundry room, kids busted the windows, roach infested, and mold in the walls
