Fantastic Rick the general manager is fantastic the maintenance is okay I have a window that was broken and it almost been 2 months since it been fixed but other than that everything is fantastic

I want to say how much that I enjoyed staying at this location on paradise. All of the staff especially the manager Liz was beyond helpful, sincere, patient and not to mention has the kindness heart. My apartment was clean and didn’t have any problems with it. I would totally refer this place to anyone. It’s close to the strip and walking distance to the casinos as well. Again thanks Siegel Suites for helping me out in my lowest point and giving me a place to stay and feel welcomed. Made a lot of good acquaintances there that I still speak to. I stayed there 8months. When I was behind of my rent she didn’t kick me out they worked with me and set up a payment plan to get back on even feet. I wish more companies and management was like this place. 5 stars for me👌

Best Siegel in town plus location. I know what people think about extended stay, but with everything included can't beat the cost of living. Manager and staff are top notch. Feel good, city living with close access to everything you want to be around in Las Vegas.

There is no credit check. However, all tenants must pass the background check. There is a $40 deposit on studios and a $50 deposit on one bedrooms.
1700 for a one bedroom then drops down to like 1600 or so I think. Not sure about the studio but I think it's around 1300 hundred but don't quote me. Hope I answered the best to my knowledge. Call and ask for rich he's the best ever. Good luck.

They charge weekly only. The price last month for a studio was about $258 a week
