NO the HOA does NOT upkeep the property. In fact, they generally ignore stuff. We lost all the lights in the parking lot during a storm two weeks ago. Still hasnt been fixed. They refuse to adjust drip lines so trees that are there to provide shade for homes die. They chop down the trees and never replace them despise that being in the cc&r's. We have lost parking lights, which they hauled off and never replaced. Most of the grounds lighting has been damaged by kids and no longer work. The brand new mailboxes they forced us to pay for have already been multiply broken and vandalized. We are battling a giant rat infestation on the property, yet nobody does ANYTHING about the people who insist on leaving nasty, ripe trash bags outside their doors for days on end. Every car Ive ever owned had been broken into and vandalized in this place, parked in its assigned spot. This also seems to be a popular dumping ground for stolen cars, as I have personally had to have 3 towed.

There isnt one. And it shows. We have had bunches of vandals break into the property, kick in the pool maintenance room doors and steal the pumps, break into the pools and have loud raucous parties in the wee hours, which resulted in the pools having to be locked down, sometimes drained and the damage repaired. Oh and the ppl jn charge won't tell the truth about this stuff either. We have banned breeds living here, nobody does a thing. The HOA director insisted the landscapers run the water to get "green grass" as much as possible so yes we water around the clock and have flooded the newly seeded lawns, which led to a fine robust green lawn full of green WEEDS. DONT move here. Just dont. I regret it and Im stuck.

These are individually owned and managed condos. It’s not an apartment complex.
