I came here on 09/07/22 for a mammogram. I was late due to a detour but they took me right away. My technician was Becky who was the best and sweetest person I have ever had! I was concerned about a rotator cuff problem , but she took special care of it. My anxiety was gone. From now on this is my new spot for mammogram’s. Not a bad cafe there as well. Thanks Becky !

I’ve seen Dr. Gugger at Penn Pain Management in Radnor. He’s a good guy - he actually listens to the patient and tries to grasp what is going on (which isn’t always the case with doctors). He’s a modest guy and leaves the ego aside - easy to communicate with, he will go over and ask about any pertinent details ... and in my experience he will do anything he can to help rid your pain and solve the problems (if solvable). He will check all boxes to try to get things figured out for you if he can. I have read some other reviews about the Radnor location being a bit of a hassle in some regards to “political views” and customer service and other things - and some other doctors at this location being “rude and arrogant” etc., I can’t necessarily disagree. But, I would definitely recommend Dr. Gugger as a legit physician to see. I wouldn’t categorize him with some of the other doctors at this location (hence me writing this review). He’s a good doctor, for sure.

Shout out to all staff at Penn Medicine Radnor. That's where we got our Covid vaccines and had great experiences each time so I didn't hesitate to schedule there for my annual mammogram. What a professionally run facility, from the person greeting you right inside to help direct you to the right location, to the staff at check-in, to those within the Radiology Department, to the tech who did the actual test. It was fairly crowded, but plenty of staff on hand so that I was in and out in record time. Not my favorite day of the year, so it helps immensely to not sit waiting unnecessarily long for any of the steps mentioned. And a huge free parking lot which is connected to the facility. Icing on the cake - results were in my online patient portal within 3 hours.

Always have a wonderful experience here. The people in the lab never miss!! And I had some wonderful customer service from Kevin, and Sarah from cardiology they made my day, super friendly just like everyone else here at Radnor. I need to add to this positive review by mentioning the stellar customer service and general upbeat attitude of the people who great and direct people when they first come in specifically Maureen and Peter. Maureen in particular always remembers me and asks how I’m doing she’s the best!

I'll add some helpful .02¢. Do yourself a favor and google "local nueropsycologist" . Google will locate any type of Board Certified physician for you. When asked zip code and search distance youll be pleased by options. I have been a Neurology patient of Penn since diagnosed MS. GL. Hope this helps.
