This place is small. I prefer the South Sac location but my doctor moved here so I followed him. The lab area is tiny and there aren't a lot of people working so there's quite a wait. The pharmacy is also small and not a lot of people working. So a lot of waiting. I'll continue to go to South Sac for all lab work and only come here for doctors appointments.

An excellent Kaiser clinic. Really good for older & disabled folks as it’s much smaller, easier parking, and more accessible than South Sacramento. Located at the Promenade facility you will find primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Lab, & Radiology.

Typically have no issues at this location but today at 11:00 when I went into the pediatric center the woman at the desk was extremely rude.I didn’t catch her name but she was an older woman of color. When I approached her at the desk she didn’t bother to greet or even respond to me when I spoke or asked her a question. I hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else but the fact that she wouldn’t even acknowledge me speaks a lot on the service here. Ignoring people is never okay ESPECIALLY at a job where your responsibility is to GREET and give patients customer service before their appointment.

I believe they're closed on weekend. Kaiser South Sacramento is open though.
Yes they do give them at this site. Call the advice number to make an appointment. It is given in Adult Medicine Department.

No. This facility has a full Pharmacy, laboratory , xray unit, full vision center; one side is for eye examinations or to see an eye Dr. The other part is the place you get to with with staff 2 find eye glass frames or the right contacts, and order your product and when glasses or contacts come in you go back for fittings. Kaiser Promenade also has a wellness center, health education & Member Services Department. The 2nd floor is the medicine floor, where if your pcp is located at this kaiser, you would be seen by your medical professional. If you're looking for a full on hospital, the closes would be the south Sacramento Kaiser located at: 6600 Bruceville Rd in Sacramento. They have the hospital rooms, surgery centers, emergency room etc.

No, not at this location. Big Horn has urgent care (technically "after hours") on Saturdays. 6600 Bruceville has after hours Saturday and Sunday, as well as 3-midnight actual urgent care, which is in a different building with different doctors than adult medicine.
