Devine, you must go to the shelter at Main and Foremaster. I am out of the City Council now. Referrals are there with modest shelter outside altho that is rapidly changing. Catholic Charities is across the street.

The airline should be able to get you the info on their testing requirements. Here are open testing sites: https://nvhealthresponse.nv.gov/find-covid-19-testing-in-nevada/ There is no testing requirement to come back to Las Vegas.
