This community is a dream with those lakes areas to walk and when you live in the community wow it is worth the payment of a house enjoy so much I am happy to be part of this community

Certain parts are public like the lake area but the community pool and club house is for those who own homes in the desert shores community.

Yes. Residents need their card to get in. Unless you talk to the manager. He can let you in if you forget to bring it or if there is another resident there willing to sign you in as a guest, you can try that also.
You may need one to get into the beach. Walking around the lake is free and the ducks are fun to watch.
