Don’t waste your time with the one on 1325 corporate Reno Nv they don’t help and I never got mediation I get emailed saying my claim was denied and they don’t believe what I stated and , pretty much didn’t believe me. And the I was supposed to have video conference and they never did it and lied they only talk with the people never talk to me . And 1yr it took I think it’s better not to deal with these people. They won’t do their job, so don’t go here, if you trying use discrimination.

If you are looking for protection don’t use this agency! Hire an attorney if you can afford one! My investigator lied and never looked at all of my evidence presented when making his no finding decision! The higher ups are just as bad, they co-sign the lies so again avoid this agency at all cost! I am sickened by their blatant lies and disrespect!
