I waited several months to get a call from their Customer Advocate.. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before he got a rep in my area to take a mold of my feet... By May 30, I hadn't heard... I contacted the rep asking for an update.. No contact.. I waited until June 3rd.. Contacted once again saying he had 3 days (COB) to contact me... I had to leave messages both times... Today I contacted ProComfort to cancel my order.. the kicker is it seems my insurance company and MEDICARE had been charged already... if I could have rated less than 1 star, I would have...

John Foster was wonderful! I ordered the hiking shoe! One of the most comfortable shoes 👞 I've worn! The orthotics are fantastic! Need to know how to take care of them! Broke them in.. Going to wear them this coming Monday on our Monday hike! Blessing shoes! With the Danner hiking 👢 had to bandage my feet when I went hiking!! Rosemary McCuistion.
