When I reordered they sent me the wrong supplies. Cannot talk to a person without having it recorded "for training purposes". I am not okay with my personal medical information being recorded for training purposes. When you ask them to turn off the recording they just hang up. There is no other way to order the RIGHT devices from them except by phone unless having to drive one hour each way all the way across town DURING MY WORKING HOURS (normal business hours) to get them. No website, no non-recorded line. They are terrible.

I've had the worst experience. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to get a nebulizer. There was a day I tried to call but every time the person would answer the phone and hang up I tried six times. The average weight to get off of hold is 25 minutes. Today I called and somebody picked up the phone and there was laughter and screaming in the background. Very hard to get anybody's help on the phone.

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service I was continually hung up on and then I was transferred to California the 3rd time when I returned my call I was left on hold I was trying to confirm delivery of my concentrator for the labor day weekend, my daughter was picking me up at the airport and I was trying to make sure that you all wouldn't deliver the machine while she was picking me up since you require a signature, I got absolutely nowhere I am extremely upset, also when you give the options I picked to find out about my order and was completely ignored I just called back and I got hung up on again without my call being answered again.

AA medical was used by Las Ventatus to supply wheelchair and transfer bench. Driver was excellent but company Sucks! Wrong size wheelchair was ordered by Las Ventatus. AA medical wouldn't answer their phone line with a human. Lucky I had driver # in my recent calls only way to get replacement wheelchair delivered!

The best thing to do would be to call the manufacturer (Philips) directly. Barring an equipment malfunction you may be taking the mask off part of the night and then putting it back on before waking up. I've done this.

Yes, we do. We carry Sigvaris brand. It’s best for the patient to arrive with the prescription. We have multiple Sigvaris-Certified fitters on staff. In order to guarantee proper fit, the patient must personally be measured by one of our certified fitters. The Rancho office is open today from 8:00 to 4:00. The Eastern & 215 office will open again Monday morning. Some styles are in stock, but most have to be ordered with about a week turnaround.
