Not the place to record your marriage... go to the Clark County Clerk's office at the Regional Justice Central at 200 Lewis Ave
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
No. You have to get that from the Clark County Clerk, not the Clark County Recorder. If you Google Clark County marriage records, you should find their site with more info.
Divorce papers are kept at the family court on East Bonanza. The Recorder has real estate records.
Contact your lender
You might have to go to the county courthouse and go to records . Please give as many likes for this (411) thanks
You need to go to the County Clerk. This is no longer handled by the Recorder.
You can look up your deed on the Clark County Recorder website and order it from there. It will only cost you $1.00 per page for a copy of the document, not $89.00. I do work for the Recorder's office. No likes necessary. Thanks Website: http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/recorder

All your paperwork
Noooo! Go to the County Clerk's office at the Clark County Regional Justice Center on 200 Lewis Street... best wishes to your marriage and lifetime together!
In order to be exempt you have to be at least 60% or more this is according to Google. As far as Nevada don't know if this applies to this state.
Go to the Clark County Recorder office they will help you and do the transfer just take all documents required
I was there earlier today. The only way to have anything recorded is to leave it in the drop box, just inside the entrance.
No, Monday through Thursday only at this time.
Do a deed with your name and hers as the seller and just you as the buyer and both of you sign it and have it recorded then its just yours
I honestly don't know but you can try using google maps by getting directions to the building and sometimes it will actually tell you if a location is open. I always use the idea that if banks are closed so will city buildings will be too.
Nope . You have to go to the courts at pecos and bonanza
Yes u can the recorders office is open
You can prepare it online, but have to have it notarized in person. After it is notarized, you can mail in the form for recording if you can't make it down to the recorders office.
This is also an easy way to search. https://trweb.co.clark.nv.us
They wont give any legal advise at the recorders office.
Who owns 5805 W Harmon Ave Space 33 Las Vegas Nv 89103
If it's recorded you can go to the Recorders office.
Each document is $40. You need to go to a place that can do the documents. More than one. It is legal help I cannot give nor will they. Best bet is Legal forms of Nevada on Charleston.
Unless you revoked the homestead in writing and recorded the document it is still in effect. If you still feel unsure, might be worth the $40 and record a new homestead.
Legal aide of Nevada or Nevada Legal Forms can help you.
Yes
Yes. Bring it ready to file - filled out and notarized - and get your number.
I believe so. Just make sure you're enclosing the right filing fee.
No, you should go to the court house.
The actual decree you get at the 8th judicial court.
BK will be gone from records automatically after 7 years.
Trusts are not filed with the county. Mortgages, also known as Trust Deeds or Deeds of Trusts can be searched via public records online (Google search Clark County Public Records for the link), or at the county itself. Copies can be obtained at the county.
Go inside county building and it will be on the ground level, and you can request a copy. I believe your cost is $15 for a copy.
Nevada documents or valley view at Charleston .. please give a like . Hope I answered your question.
Dont know if they do that. I would call an attorney
The Decree stating this should suffice to get him off the loan if there is one. He needs to sign a quit claim deed to remove his name from title. If not cooperating, file a motion with the court, and the clerk can sign on his behalf.

Ditto. Go Online, to the Clark County Recorders site, on the left side of site you'll see "Property Search". Best to look up via address.
You could e-file it thru a program named, Simplifile. You would need to go to an Escrow and Title company and there would be a fee of $40 to record it in Clark County. Not sure what county your documents fall under, but that is the fee to record here in Clark County. Hope this helped you. 😊
You would have to record a deed that would show that you are now married and changing the last name to your married name.
You can usually pull it up online on the Clark County website or go to the recorders office and they can usually pull up the deed to your house and how much the property tax is. I hope this helps.
No, you would have to order it. And you usually have to get both birth certificates and death certificates from the health department. Hope this helps.
You can get a certified copy of your Marriage certificate from the Clark County Clerk's office. You can ask them how to get an Apostille if you need it.
Yes from the Clark County Clerk's office. 1st Floor, Government Center
No they don't handle divorce certificates. You have to go to family court for that. There is one over on Pecos and Bonanza. I hope this helps.
Yeah you can but you'd have to pay for it. You can print one out online for free. I know this because I just did that exact thing last month. And then it costs $40 in fees now to have it recorded. I hope this helps.
Not at the Recorder's office. Try secretary of state for corporation or LLC. For city or country, check with the appropriate business license division.
You can search the county recorders website, but frankly, I have only known a POA to be recorded when it is used to sign a real estate transaction.
Not unless someone went to the effort of recording it at this office. Divorce records will be at the Family Courthouse on Pecos & Bonanza. The Recorder holds property records.
Divorce records are at the Family courthouse on Bonanza Rd. Recorders office only has property records & possibly marriage records.
I don't know the answer, but the recorders office has a complex website. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, you would have to wait until Monday to try calling them.
The recorders office is prohibited by law from providing legal advice, so I doubt it. Legal forms like Quitclaim deeds are widely available online. You need a 2 inch margin at the top of your pare to record and to put your name and mailing address at the end of the document.
