The manager think susan was the most unpleasant unwelcoming worker I have ever met. Came in spoke with male employee think scott who seemed very kind and pleasant and he mentioned to her what I went in for.As soon as he finished explaining to her she snarked and said " what are we wasting time still doing here". I stood there in shock and confusion wondering as to why someone would ever feel so entitled to talk to people or customers and employees for that matter in any way like that. I responded to her I hope you dont talk in that to any of your other customers and she told me to get out and I proceed to tell her I will be making a complnt. I would love to talk to the owner if at all possible I dont know if she is related and that is why she is in that position but would love to understand what happened for that to occur.

I was so pleased to find this store while visiting Las Vegas. Susan and Scott were so very helpful. Infact, Susan assisted me with changing my cpap mask from a "dinosaur" to a "bunny." I highly recommend this store.
