Why is rent so much

The rent is affordable if you think about it. No utilities, cable bill, already furnished, they handle your mail/packages + there is 24 hour security. After 30 days being a resident, you no longer pay taxes :-)

They have security guards there so it's a safe place. Plus they cover all utilities.

Privlidges are given with the high amount of rent. If its not up to date its definitely a on call maintenance facility for any reason needed.
