I believe one week is the minimum. And you can do it weekly or monthly. I am on my third day here so far and the only thing I wish is I would have got the next size up unit. I got the smallest one they have which just has a microwave and a mini fridge. The next size up has a full kitchen. So far no complaints. It's quiet other than the fact that the airplanes fly overhead. They have 24-hour security patrolling. The laundry facilities work well. I'm surprisingly impressed

This is a hidden historical gem... I had the unexpected privilege of working here... I installed some wallpaper....while there I watched and listened to the staff members. They are genuinely happy to help customers.... I suggest you call them..... I am quite sure they will work with you.

Depends on the size of the unit beautiful place . I think between 250 to 300. Great staff and security parking beautiful grounds . I lived there for 4 months I paid 950 a month for a big unit . I give this place 5 stars out of 5

Bug free. Really a nice place. Give them a call and they will give you pricing and availability. Pet shouldn't be a problem. The ladies in the office are really friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is great as well. I stayed there for a few months while searching for a house and I really enjoyed it. Also the security is awesome. I have a very expensive car and it was nice not having to worry about it.

Paying monthly vs weekly will drop your rent about $300 a month.
