I understand that these are affordable older apartments you kind of get lucky with which unit you'll get and I understand that after staying there it is a decent spot for the price and size and area however you have to keep in mind that these are affordable older units and that some units have issues that the staff simply cannot handle which I do not blame them they did however reimburse me my money for a unit that was deemed uninhabitable They did not know due to the prior tenant about the unit's issue it issue I commended them for resolving the problem dyson helped significantly

I was here for three weeks and it was actually not bad. No rats or mice, but there was a couple times where a bug might have crawled in through leaving our window open. Easy to take care of. No infestation. It’s decent for the price you pay since the cost of housing is high these days. Brandon and all the front desk had outstanding customer service. The security lady was nice as well. The room has everything you need. I’m only giving a 4 star because the toilet had trouble flushing. Maintenance came in the a snake, but it didn’t fix the problem. Seems like there was something really stuck in the pipes. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay here.

My good friend has been living here for a year and a half. She has been infested with bedbugs and rodents. Management needs to fumigation this place.

Patty got fired. The ghetto hood rat female with the guard outfit is Winona. I'm filing a police report against her tomorrow. I also contacted Bigelow aerospace to leave a message for Mrm Bigelow regarding his property. The Bigelows own budget suites and I had met them when I helped decorate their home for Christmas with Ralph Jones. Mrs Bigelow was a very nice lady who chatted with me about NY, where I'm from, and Broadway shows she saw that I worked in. I hope the Bigelows step in and personally go the Southcove to fire the ENTIRE STAFF.

Studios and 1 bedroom. Not sure If they have 2 bedrooms. They do have roaches and rodents though. Be careful. The prices range from 695 per month and up. I honestly recommend budget sites at 4205 Tropicana. They're 1000 a month but rat and bug free
I had two girlfriends that stayed here and they never got their security deposit. They were incredibly clean and had no damage to their apartment, still didn’t get their deposit. I however stayed here and unfortunately woke up to a broken window. Not only did they lie to me by telling me it would just be taken out of my security deposit & everything was fine, but instead they evicted me. They are incredibly shady and treat their BEST tenants like TRASH. They do not operate ethically they just do whatever they feel depending whether they like you or not. I know because I stayed there four months. Hope this helps someone so they don’t go through what we went through!
