Its Coney Island, its open and the rides are all open. Nathans is still standing tall. hotdogs as well as burgers are great and worth the wait.

Yes on the N and the D line, put to get to them you have to use the ramps.
No, only to access the overpass for transfers to F. N, and Q trains. There is a ramp to the street which makes the descent much easier.
