The station itself is okay and the workers are nice, but being that there's only one end of the station open is extremely inconvenient to access. I'm on Woodbine and have to walk several extra blocks out of my way to enter the train station. It's ridiculous in the summer heat, and forget about when it starts snowing. Are they ever going to open the other end of the station??

ADD wheelchair accessability Elevator Ticket Machines AND Open up the other entry on PALMETTO and BROADWAY I do love that it's so convenient to get to.

It's skip stop. J goes to Manhattan but you can't pick it up from Gates during rush hours. The Z runs the same line and is what you can catch from Gates. You can still catch the J at Halsey or Kosciusko.
