I just heard on the Ring App that someone had their Cat. Converter stollen off their vehicle. Sounds like a place I would not want to live.

I doubt it. Between security and residents coming and going, almost certainly would have been seen.

I seriously doubt that ...too much security.. They probably stole it themselves to commit fraud.
