If you want to have the conference room, is there a discount if you have a block of rooms? If you have a block of rooms how many do you have to have to receive discount?

The place is a dump.

It recently caught fire and has not opened back up to public but I would not suggest staying here at all it has been run down to the point of the health department taking action and is not a safe place to stay.

Well its under new ownership and they are renovating. So im not sure the deals they have now but I know its recemtly been sold and new owners are supposed to make it two hotels.

You should probably contact the hotel directly by phone or email to schedule a meeting to negotiate a deal. The date and number of room-nights may both affect the price.
