I think they do allow service pets
Yes all of that
It's like being charged for each person or how many beds or nights you stay. They charge for one animal they have to charge for other animals. Granted I understand the situation service dog vs pets. ..they both become family so if course there's a chargr. Sometimes those charges are put there simply because not everyone takes care of one's pets messes, or other customers might have allergies or insecure incidents with animals. Usually service animals are trained but others don't train their service dogs or keep up with the training. That's a huge mess. It sucks but today we are charged for everything, next they will be charging for the company that might come and visit. Most people who travel with animal/service animals they are family and most of us consider them members of their family. So include that extra cost where ever you go. It bites, rubs you wrong, but there are past incidents of any animals that probably helped make this decision go onto effect
Yes to both pf your concerns.
Better call them in advance
