My dog is a 7# teddy bear/toy poodle she does stink. She is a comfort dog for my son who has ADHD. There should be no cost for service/comfort dogs.

A comfort dog is merely a pet. It is NOT covered by ADA, and IS NOT recognized as a service dog. A service dog by definition performs a duty like alerting to crisis or turning lights on etc.

There should be if she does stink. Nobody wants to smell a stank dog.
