Front lobby, halls, elevators and room were clean and updated. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet at night. We were on the front side of the side near the road, traffic did not bother me while I slept. I was not pleased about the extra charge they add to your card without letting you know. The charge does go back within 24-48 hours after check out. Was not there long enough to enjoy any of the amenities, but the pool looked nice from the hallway. Overall, nice hotel, fair price and would stay there again next time we’re in Louisville.

I stayed for the week. I didn't get to interact with the morning crew very much, but my evening crew and night crew at the front desk/shuttle drivers were amazing. My room was spacious. I was a bit wary of being so close to the airport, but I didn't hear any planes. The staff went above and beyond and I am so appreciative.

Clean hotel. Checkin was effortless, and the room was better than I expected. I loved the big mounted TV that was easy to watch from the bed and from the couch. My room was spacious and clean, and had an excellent view of Kentucky Kingdom (which was closed unfortunately), and incoming planes landing at the airport, which is only minutes away via the hotel shuttle, which was also clean and nice. I’d definitely stay here again

I will be calling Corporate tomorrow. The room itself was a nice room. I was guaranteed a handicap room with roll in shower, which was not available when I got there, they did assure me it was a handicap room. It was not. The only thing about the room that was remotely handicap, had one bar in the bathtub that was not even helpful. Stayed two days, no housekeeping services, I went to the pool and got towels. Went to desk to checkout, no one available at desk, finally just laid key cards down behind computer and left. Very disappointed in Marriott on this trip. I think they need to send in an "Undercover Boss".
