The actual trail is maybe 20 min (DIFFICULT terrain!) However, most vehicles can't make it to the trailhead and therefore have to park along the gravel road and walk. This will result in more time, how much depends on where you give up and park. Buy a Jeep, lift it and put some 35 in tires on that bad boy. This way you can enjoy the offroading in the area as well.

If you can make it to the end of the road the hike to the falls is no more than half hour. Longer if your in a low vehicle and have to park at the top of the road.
That depends on what kind of vehicle you have
About an hour
Depends where you find a fitting parking spot. We hiked over 45 minutes to the falls, including trail and walking the rest of the dirt road (smaller sedan couldn't make it).
10 to 15 minutes
