We love this trail and come here every weekend there is so much to see and opportunities for climbing. So many beautiful sights.

Decent views but not what I was expecting. There is a little trail called Whiteside Trail that is worth venturing off trail for. (It has a sign and is on the left hand side and has quite the elevation gain). Other than that I would say the tree were the prettiest part of the hike. And with a bike I could see it being much more fun.

We only hiked to the waterfall and back (about 1 mile) but it was a fairly easy trail and had some pretty scenery even after the leaves have fallen! If it were summertime we definitely would have waded in the water.

Beautiful trail that my son and I noticed on the way down from Rock city. We walked it for a mile or so and it was absolutely beautiful. It leads underneath the incline ride so that's pretty awesome. A few Bridges which was a nice touch …

Questions & Answers

Are dogs able to walk on the trails

Earl Gensolin | Jan 28, 2021

Yes, but they must be leashed, and you need to pick up after them when they poop. There is a bag dispenser and waste bin at the trail head, but it's best to not count on it being stocked.

There is no cost to hike the trails. You will need to scout out a parking spot (they tend to be limited depending on different days/times), but once you park, you just hike in and out. There is no fee.
