Yes but a floatation device is a must the water is very deep and v r ry cold....just an inner tube will do.

The middle part gets deep enough to where you have to swim. It doesn't take long to get to the other side, but like goodly Earth said the water is running. There are ledges you can grab onto as well in certain areas.
