Never made it up that high. Where we were was wet and muddy
We were there Saturday and Sunday. No fresh snow and what's there is packed hard. The kids still had a great time. The parking lot was full so we waited a few minutes for someone to leave. People are out there with bbq pits tailgating while the kids play. You have to have chains on to go up Raymond Rd. We didn't need them but still must be on. Park ranger is patrolling. You can also park down the road and walk up. Its 3/4 mile. I wouldn't walk up with a lot of gear though. Porta potties on site.
I don't know for sure. but this time of year, there should be plenty of snow and plenty of parking
