2bd are running about 865 atm for non upgraded units. The app requirements aren't super hard to meet, but the staff aren't super efficient or helpful; expect to deliver everything in person, keep multiple copies of any documents (they lost like, half my app and I had to deliver it in a snowstorm because the fax machine was broken and the main office I was told to send it to instead lost the document. Twice.). You'll also wanna call frequently to make sure your file is actually being processed.
The staff is the worst of the kind. The bedrooms are old, have roaches in them and they charge for everything broken and damaged on you even though the previous owner left it like that. They took double rent from me for the last month and then sent me a bill with all the damage charges from the previous owners when I was living there for 8 months barely.
