I moved to Atlanta in 2018 and will be moving next week cross-country and this was the only place I lived all four years. I considered moving once in 2019 in order to save on rent by moving in with a friend, but I had such a great experience in this community that I couldn’t bring myself to move, even to save money. Monroe Place has been the perfect home for me and my pup for the last four years. The location is very convenient to both Midtown and Buckhead. Located right off the interstate, you can get almost anywhere you need within 15 minutes. The grounds are kept up nicely, and the maintenance staff is wonderful and attentive. As for the office staff, they are always very friendly and always willing to work with you to get you help when you need it. Your neighbors are all quiet and friendly, as well. All in all, this is a hidden gem in the Atlanta area and it is bittersweet to be saying goodbye to it, but I’m envious of the lucky people who get to move in after me!

If I could give this place zero stars I would have it. I have never worked with such a disrespectful unprofessional group of people. I was involved in a scam with there company and they never reached out to me to resolve any issues. Before i even know what was going on the account was put into collections. They told me I was signing the lease over to a friend at the time name MICHAEL FOSTER. What they actually did was add him as a roommate and not tell me. Mr. Deshan Velez and Michael Foster both scammed me. The leasing company generated a new lease and added Mr. Foster to it for the full term. So on paper it looks like we both moved in at the same time when that was not what was supposed to happen. I moved in by myself. I was moving out and Michel was moving in. The only reason I was doing any of this was to get out of my lease and sign it over to Mr. Foster. I left and Michael never paid rent and it went on my credit report. I was lied to by the management company. Even though the building no longer exists and it is under new management. Even today the new management company is extremely rude and all the do is repeat themselves over and over and do not try to work with you for a solution. The did not save any documents from when this happen. They are only here to take your money. Unprofessional, unorganized, and no sympathy for disabled veterans. Buyer beware. I have not made many bad reviews so it pains me to have to write this I wish I had something positive to say to them but I don’t. I’ve been struggling to find a place to live for years because of these people.

Location is great. Gated community with pool and close to the highway. Management office is professional However read your lease CLOSELY. There are random fees for amenities you don't necessarily need or ask for, you're just forced to use them because you're on the property. ($25 for trash, $10 for package delivery service, $6 utility charge, etc(

Couldn’t even tour the place. Booked a tour over the phone and drove all the way here just for no one to show up for my tour. Don’t waste your time here.
