I have currently reside at Atlas for one year and I have seen the good, bad, and worst. The new leasing team is making big changes and you can physically see the improvement. I would like to shout out Isaiah for his detail talks. Everything he has promised from getting the trash collected, pest control, clean walkways, my work order complete from the summer, and the gate fixed has came true. The maintenance staff are friendlier and the agents are attentive especially Trai for learning our names. Nowhere is perfect but if it is manageable and I feel safe and clean I can give 5 stars!!!

Used to work for this complex so I can give a lil more insight on what’s going on. It’s not the employees at this location it’s CORPORATE. The same people you call don’t care what’s going on until you call!! I’ve seen employees let management know about a situation (trash, work orders etc) and be waiting months for corporate to approve any and everything. Th complex really went down hill when RPM took over and they was looking to sale the complex then they just stopped approving anything to get fixed. It took 3 weeks to get tires for the golf cart to do the trash and when maintenance would lists of things needed to fix a/c’s the only thing we would receive is paper towels and snacks for the model unit.. This complex didn’t just go through new management they went though a whole new staff with everyone either quitting for better opportunities or transferring locations.. At least CF cared about the apartments RPM could care less long as they get your money!!

I’ve had a great experience here with great services. Isaiah was very helpful with all details about everything. He communicated very well and had a very great positive introduction. This is a good area! Good management and maintenance!

Isaiah did a tremendous job in servicing my needs. I came down to the front office and was greeted by this gentleman as soon as I walked through door. I was nervous but he definitely guided me through the renewal process with complete patience professionalism. 5 stars!
