To the owners: it's rare to get 5 ⭐ out of me, so don't think there's a deficiency. Had a very well prepared grilled chicken with fries and mac & cheese. Only been to Outback 3 times and never disappointed. Service is on point without the hovering. Even saw a new person being trained, which is oddly surprising these days. She picked a good place to work.

The store seemed clean. I noticed there was a person constantly roaming with a bottle of cleaning agent. The server was very attentive and neat. The appetizers were serve all together which was good. I had the clam chowder, my in-laws got salad, as well as my husband. We didn't waited too long for the food to be served. For the main course, I had sirloin with grilled shrimp and vegestables on the side. I told the server that I wanted my steak medium,same with my husband and father-in-law. But when we got it, it was not medium, it was rare. Though was not they way we wanted it, it still taste good.

My boyfriend and I went here last night and the food and drinks were amazing! The best part of the evening happened across from us... The family across from us were enjoying their food and drinks as well... At some point one of the gentlemen asked for another drink, but also had a shot sitting in front of him... The Owner/Manager tactfully came over and explained that before he could have another beverage he would have to finish the one in front of him. I couldn't quite hear the entire conversation, but the gentleman took his shot and thanked the manager saying I respect that and you, not many managers look out for their customers like that. And they continued their evening. The Owner/Manager was 23 years old I applaud you sir, and we will be Back soon. Thank you. Kindly, Scott and Barbie
