As far as the application process and leasing management, my roommate and I had 0 issue with the process. Justin was extremely helpful and made everything very easy. Very willing to work with us and answered any questions my roommate and I had at any given time. I’d have to say this was my easiest and most pleasant moving experience. Definitely a breath of fresh air to deal with leasing management that is knowledgeable and caring about your move. My roommate and I officially move in this weekend so I’m not able to speak on the apartments as of just yet; however, I’m sure it’ll be nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Justin if you’re reading!

Chile the leasing person was alright. Pretty much rushed me out the door. I guess because they have no apartments coming available he doesn’t thinks it necessary to be polite or ask questions. You know show that customer service. I’ll take my money and donations else where.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My whole experience was horrible. The entire building 6 has major bug issues, not just 1 unit, but the entire building. I know because I spoke to a few of my neighbors in the same building as me. The maintenance team was out of control at first, later on, they were okay but I dealt with disrespect, harassment, and more from the maintenance team at some point. I reported it to the property manager Justin, nothing was done about it which lead me to speak with his supervisor and that is when the situation was resolved! Moving on, I’ve had packages tampered with, the community isn’t safe! You’ll always receive an email stating there was a crime the previous night or early that morning, literally always! Especially car break-ins. The gates are always broke. What’s the point of a “gated” community if it’s never gated? That’s why a lot of crimes happen in the neighborhood. There is NEVER any parking. You will always have to walk a great amount to your unit, especially when it’s raining. The pool is open probably 5 days out the summer. As soon as it opens, it has to close again for maintenance or because of an incident. Last but not least, Justin, the property manager won’t send out your security deposit until months later so it’s best to stay on his good side.
