Moved in Shamrock Gardens in April of this year, and my experience was great. The management team was great, everyone was nice and welcoming and the process was smooth. I did have few minor issues in the apartment but it was nothing that Ms. Oteila wasn’t on top of after she was informed and I loved that. They also have security which are great as well knowing I can send my kids to the park and not worry TOO much lol. But all around great place to call home & the grounds are always clean and beautiful.

If you are looking for a great place to stay I recommend Shamrock Gardens..Everybody at the leasing office is very polite and helpful..Nice side rooms..nice side living room..and kitchen..I love it here..

Well here at Shamrock Gardens, the income would have to be three times the rental rate. That's the entire household income...which means everyone who would be living in the unit together. We do combine income if there is more than one person over the age of 18 living in the unit.
