Dee welcomed us to the leasing office and very graciously toured us past closing time, she went above and beyond to show us amenities and recommend the perfect unit for us. Definitely at the top of our list, and will update if we move in!

When touring several apartment communities before moving to Atlanta, I first visited Marq on Ponce. I was met with a warm and friendly welcome from Danita Russell. Danita showed me around the community and allowed me to tour a unit while answering every question I could think to ask. She was incredibly pleasant and professional, and even laughed at my corny jokes which is always much appreciated. She displayed exemplary customer service that no other community seemed to match whenever I visited to tour. I lived three hours away which was a bit stressful when finally moving. When I arrived to move in, I had the pleasure of meeting Dee, another member of the leasing team. Dee alleviated much of the stress in the moving process as she helped me locate a cart to move furniture and other items. I feel most communities would just tell you a vague description of where to find something, but Dee actually walked with me to show me to my unit amongst other things. It's truly the little things that make the difference in customer service, and Dee was fantastic! Lastly I'd like to touch on one last member of the leasing team I've most recently met -- Mattie! She was incredibly helpful in allowing me to receive my parking pass and showing me other amentities within the community while answering all of my questions. Overall, the leasing team is professional, welcoming, and quite helpful. They are by far the best leasing representatives I've had the pleasure of meeting during my apartment hunt and they truly put Marq on Ponce over the top when weighing my options. Now onto the unit itself -- I absolutely love it. I live in a 1 bed / 1 bath and feel I have plenty of space. The bathroom and kitchen are amazing, lots of counter space in both which was important to me. Utilities did not have to be set up in my name, which was convenient. Internet was also quite easy to set up and the speed is the best I've ever had. There are numerous elevators within the building so it's easy to get up and down to where you need to go. Parking is gated and finding a spot is very easy which is something I originally worried about when moving to the area. There are plenty of convenient attractions and restaurants all within walking distance. I could keep going honestly... I'll close by saying that I am glad that I decided to move here. I tend to be a very anxious person and this was a major life decision coming to Atlanta, but the Marq on Ponce leasing team really made me feel welcome and at home. I truly appreciate all the help they've given me, so I feel giving this review is the least I can do! -Ben

Updated 9/22/22 I was supposed to move in June 28th. At 9AM on June 28th I received a voicemail stating my move in date would have to be pushed back another day because floors were still being put down in my apartment. I already had movers packing up my place, and the truck was almost full when I was finally able to get in touch with someone. Letting someone know they can’t move in an hour before move in is completely and totally unacceptable. The movers had to unpack the entire truck that they just spent over an hour packing up. Very poor planning and communication. Update: I was supposed to be credited for the day that I was not able to live there, but I never was. I paid for a day when I was not able to move in because of the floors not being ready.
