Surprise charges! I’ll write a more in depth review later. Clinic side. I tried to book a rabies clinic appointment and it wouldn’t let me so I called…

Im getting really tired of trying to contact your shelter. I could barely get an answer when i adopted my cat. Now two weeks later he is having blood in his stool I was not told he had any problems. I asked. Trying to call you to find some answers, but no one picks up and cant leave a voice mail. Pretty frustrated.

Great thank you all

The fees change (if they’re running a promo), but typically a kitten is $100-175, shots, spaying, and medical care prior to adoption inclusive.
All shots and neutering/spaying is including with the price in adoption. I got my kitten for $150.
I surrendered my cat to them because she had needed emergency surgery for a breach birth. I couldn't afford to pay for her surgery. They understood my decision & knew it was painful to do it. They were comforting & compassionate. They even called to inform me that she was adopted into a loving home which put me at great ease
The humane society is in waldorf . I suggest that u call or stop by there and tell them the issue and I believe they will help you or give u a rescue animal reference in the area...Good luck😁you could also call Paws and or last chance rescue
There going by appointment but if no one's scheduled they might take you
Yes but they do have visitor protocols you have to follow.
Rabies Vaccines cost $15 at our Healthy Pet Clinics but also require an office visit. You can schedule an appointment online. The clinics are held every other Friday. We also offer Walk Up Rabies Clinics every other month, and the Rabies shots are only $12 at those events. All of our vet events and prices can be found on the Vet Services tab on our website: https://humanesocietycc.org/healthy-pet-clinics/
It is today but they were all booked up.
No appointment necessary. Open to the public. We were just there and walked in with no appointment and they said we were welcome.
The cost varies according to income and county of residence. . Check their website for details. All your answers should be there.
I found direct links to the event on the scroll down but you also have to register as a volunteer beforehand to be able to sign up for the event. Hope this helps
Go to their website. It is much cheaper than private vet services.
Yes, you can drop it in the container outside during off hours or come by when they are open and set it just inside the door. Tax forms for the donation are also available at the front desk.
Contact Animal Control through the sheriff's office.
Please talk to your regular vet and ask about applying for CareCredit.
Yes, they may be full but might be able to give you advice on where to take him.
You can apply at the website to volunteer and then you have to go through an orientation.
I think it's like $85
You have to sign a release form that states your dog may or may not be transferred to Tri County Animal Shelter. If transferred it may or may not be euthanized.
Do you remove a Hernia. my dog need a hernia removed he’s almost 2 years old
Yes
We offer Healthy Pet Clinics every other Friday. You can visit our website to register for an available appointment. https://humanesocietycc.org/healthy-pet-clinics/
We have a Trap-Neuter-Return program that you can read about on our website but we do not trap feral cats for adoption. The program we offer requires a caretaker to be committed to caring for them after their TNR surgery. https://humanesocietycc.org/community-cat-tnr-outreach/
I am not sure if they can but call them tomorrow morning. Also try visiting vetcoclinics.com they offer a package deal for shots $95 per dog
We adopt a variety of dogs and the cost depends on the size and age of the dog. Large adult dogs are $175, small adult dogs are $225, puppies are $300 and senior dogs are $100. Please visit our website to visit all of our available dogs on our website: https://humanesocietycc.org/adopt-a-dog/#sl_embed&page=shelterluv_wrap_1566242803691%2Favailable_pets%2F13467%3Fspecies%3DDog
We have a Volunteer program that you can register for on our website. Orientations are offered every month. You will be contacted after you submit an application to register for one. https://humanesocietycc.org/volunteer/
We offer spay/neuter surgery at our clinic weekly for puppies at least 12 week of age. We also have a grant that may cover the cost of the surgery on our website : https://humanesocietycc.org/veterinary-services/free-spay-neuter-program/
I think 16 as the law requires.
We accept old sheets, towels, blankest except comforters with filling and many other household items and can even give you a tax receipt. We have a donation container outside the front door for drop-offs any time or you can visit the shelter when we are open from 12-5 daily. To view our "Wishlist" items on our website: https://humanesocietycc.org/donate/
I had my dog shots there and if im not mistaken they were around $35.00
Yes we do, you have to call and schedule it and pay half upfront.
They have listed their hours may vary for the holiday, but their hours are 12 to 6.
It probably depends on the dogs demeanor and if they are okay with people, but I am no expert. My dog was so sick and he needed more help than we could afford. Good Luck with that.
Yes
I have two female kittens , They are foundlings . How much would it cost to have them spayed ?
It took 48 hours for my application to be approved
They have a program called TNR "trap neuter release" where they will come out and perform the services for free. Overall its better for the cats because a lot of them are never adopted out and are euthanized. Thry will adopt out kittens though. Call them and ask about their TNR program.
I would definitely call them in the morning, if not they could probably give you a number for a good rescue.
I believe you can. If it’s a dog (female) it’ll be $85 plus whatever the medicine fee is. (Make) is $75 plus the medicine fee. (Female) cat is $59 and (males) are $49 with the fees of the medicine if needed
I'm pretty sure the accept donations, I would call for details though.
You'd have to go in and see, they take in and adopt out a lot of dogs so it's always different.
Yes they do offer them, best to call before you go in case of an appointment.
Call the shelter they'll know on each one.
Call them. They know all the TNR people

You can get certain treatments there, a vet is better, but a hospital is much more exspensive !
