They have a program called TNR "trap neuter release" where they will come out and perform the services for free. Overall its better for the cats because a lot of them are never adopted out and are euthanized. Thry will adopt out kittens though. Call them and ask about their TNR program.

I'm sorry I can't answer that one but call them I'm sure that they will help you out.
Call paw prints animal hospital.. they know a few folks who help with feral cats.
